We can rediscover recently an April March song on the last Tarantino soundtrack from a Grind House movie: death proof. Chick Habit, this is the title of this song, is in fact a remake of a 1964’s french song ! Written by ‘Serge Gainsbourg’ for the singer ‘France Gall’, the original song calls ‘laisse tomber les filles’, we can translate it with « drop the girls ».
